Group workshops

Interactive, therapist-led sessions focused on personal growth, healing, and practical tools you can use every day. Our group workshops are designed to bring people together in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Each workshop blends education, reflection, and interactive activities to help participants build skills, deepen self-awareness, and foster meaningful connection with others. 28 Days to Self-Love: A Journaling Journey

This 4-week workshop combines daily guided journal prompts with weekly group sessions to help you nurture self-esteem, practice radical self-acceptance, and rewrite the way you speak to yourself. Each week we’ll explore a new theme — self-awareness, self-compassion, boundary setting, and personal empowerment — while creating a supportive space for reflection and growth.

WORKSHOP FEE: $60 per session — $240 total for the full 4-session experience

FORMAT: Closed group (same participants each week), held virtually via secure video platform

Start Date: TBD — sign up to be the first to know when registration opens!

Community EvEnts

Letters & Lattes: A Holiday Social

The holidays can be joyful but also challenging. Join us for warm lattes (or hot cocoa), sweet treats, and heartfelt conversation as we gather to share stories of hope and encouragement. Then, take part in our “Letters of Kindness” activity — writing encouraging notes for yourself, loved ones, or members of the community who could use some extra warmth this season.

Come meet new people, slow down, and leave with a full heart (and maybe a few new friends). All supplies, drinks, and snacks are included — just bring your holiday spirit and, if you can, an item to donate.

Fee: FREE!

Format: This event will be held in person at a location that is TBD. It is open to the public, and all are welcome!

Start Date: Start date TBD — register below to receive updates and reserve your spot!

Spread Warmth While You’re Here
We’re also hosting a Warmth Drive at the event. Bring a new or gently-used coat, scarf, hat, gloves, blanket, or thick socks to help keep our neighbors in need warm this winter. All donations will go directly to a local shelter
