Moriah Waller
LPC-Associate, MEd, NCC, (Supervised by Dr. Rebecca Opamen)
I’m a therapist deeply committed to walking alongside people as they heal from trauma and rediscover a sense of meaning and connection in their lives. My background includes supporting the BIPOC community as well as individuals living with mental or physical disabilities, while also honoring the diverse stories of all those I work with by offering a safe and affirming space for growth.
With training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based care rooted in warmth, cultural humility, and genuine compassion. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and lay the groundwork for a more fulfilling life. Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, or simply seeking greater emotional clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
My goal at Kindred is to empower each client with the tools and insight needed to foster resilience, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.
