-
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first session is about getting to know you, your goals, and your concerns. Together we’ll decide the best approach and pace for therapy.
-
How often will we meet?
Most clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, and we adjust the frequency as your needs change. If at any point you feel you’d benefit from more intensive support, we can schedule extended 90-minute sessions so you have more time and space in each visit.

What is Trauma-Informed Care?
Trauma-informed care is an approach to therapy that recognizes the impact of past trauma and ensures that services are delivered in a way that promotes safety, trust, choice, and empowerment. It means your therapist understands how trauma can affect you and works to avoid re-traumatization while supporting healing at your own pace.
